Our Approach

MVMVF shall identify a village interested in transforming itself into a model village. This shall happen both ways, wherein an individual representing a village reaches out to the foundation or the foundation directly reaches out to a village. This model could be suitably adapted for not only villages but also colonies, semi-urban and urban areas.

We have designed and developed through the scientific thought process our assessment techniques to adopt and transform a village.A process-based framework is followed to formulate and fructify the idea of a model village.

The “Assessment Team” shall conduct a scientific assessment on the ground and generate a ground level report. This report will be given to the “Analysis Team” to map the gap and quantify the scope and scale of work needed to convert it into a model village. It will be then proceeding to the “Approval Team” to assess the budget requirement for undertaking the project.

Once it is approved, it shall go to the “Project Team” to plan and prioritize the set of steps required in the project towards the conversion of a village into a model village. As the projects are set on ground, it is taken over by the “Performance Team”, with the objective of monitoring and managing it, as per the standards set by the Model Village framework. Thereafter, the village is gradually handed over to the “People's Team” represented by the members of village committees for continuation of the best practices, making it a self-sustaining model.
